"leaves my skin extra sensitive and ruin texture "
I really wanted to love it but it gives me small pimples and leaves my skin SO sensitive that I can't even touch it (have to stop my hole routine to rebuild my skin barrier), never happened something like this to me before (using tiam vitamin c and don't have any problem).
I try to use it as the instruction says. I try leaving it for 15 minutes after washing (and drying) my face, two times a week and my skin was ruin. So after a month I try using it for 10 minutes twice a week, and it start giving me a strange skin texture (similar to the one I got the first time I try it ) so I stop. After like two months now I'm trying leaving it for 5 minutes once a week and so far it goes good. Of course my idea is to keep incorporating it more times a week but I'm going slower this time, as I said I really wanted to love it.
I have dry sensitive skin.

"Great for acne & exfoliating if used well! Perfect if sensitive to strong AHA/BHA"
When I first used this, I didn't like it. I used it in the morning and swiped it all over daily. It also reacted with the Midday Blue Sun Lotion (it felt like burning for 20ish minutes). After contacting Customer Service though, I learned not to mix it with niacinamide if I was sensitive. They also suggested using it only twice or so a week with the Klairs sponge pad. Basically, you get two and soak them with this. Then you leave it on your face for 30-60 seconds and swipe. I do my forehead, cheeks, then nose and chin/lips/under nostrils. After doing this instead, I actually saw results and was super pleased! I don't physically exfoliate much now, and this doesn't just smoothen my skin and get rid of dead skin cells, this helps with my acne! I don't really get crazy big pimples anymore since using Klairs/Wishtrend products, but this has almost completely erased any small pimples and whiteheads. The only other AHA I've used is the Pixi Glow Tonic since I got a free mini at my supermarket, and that really hurt my skin even after serum/lotion. I've stopped using strong BHAs too, like Proactiv. They always burned as well. But this doesn't lie about being good if you're sensitive, it just gives the slightest tingle while working. After applied, there's no feeling at all. I'm down for that

"Mild exfoliator that doesn't irritate sensitive skin"
I have been using it every other night, when I don't use my Vitamin C serum, for about five months now and I notice that the next day my skin looks brighter and healthier. I use it as a diy pimple patch and the pimple almost disappear the following day!It doesn't irritate my skin like other exfoliators do and it doesn't cause any break outs.

"Not for me"
I really wanted to like this product as I usually do like Klairs, but it made me break out everywhere. I was informed I could purge, but pimples appeared where never before did. I looked up and it could be my skin reacting to the formula. My skin never looked worse and I usually have small eczema in my cheeks and chin.

I have super sensitive acne prone skin and it’s very hard for me to find items that won’t break me out. I was using a lactic and salicylic acid cream and it was breakimg me out badly, so when I saw this on YouTube I had to give it a try. I absolutely love it! It doesn’t sting, it doesn’t cause redness, and my bumpy skin is smoothing out very nicely! It also works great at killing acne! Please give this a try, it’s worth the price
