5/5 I'm on my second tube and love it!I use it morning and evening and sometimes I even double cleanse with it in the shower and it even removes my makeup (including mascara)! Doesn't irritate my sensitive oily dehydrated skin and it leaves it nice and moisturised!

5/5 I usually go for foam cleanser because I Oily/Combo skin. But Eddie suggested this cleanser, so I had to try it out. I was surprised that I really liked this cleanser. I use it both day and night. In the morning I just use it without foaming it up. But at night I'll use it with my Clarisonic and it'll foam up nicely. I'm almost out and need to repurchase another one.

5/5 I have been using low pH (5.0-5.5) cleansers for years now, so I did not notice a difference in my acne after regularly using this (like I did when I first changed to low pH cleansers)
Doesn't dry out my skin, feels very fresh and love the mild tea tree scent!
My friend with very sensitive and dry skin also loves this cleanser

2.5/5 I wanted a mild yet effective second cleanser to follow my cleansing oil. At first, I liked this because I only needed a tiny amount to wash my entire face and it didn't feel drying, nor did it feel moisturizing. But later I noticed small, reddish, almost crusty-looking patches on my face. I used klairs blue cream, more moisturizer, and more serum on those parts but it didn't help. I noticed from Amazons reviews that someone had a similar bad reaction to this product, so I removed it from my routine. It started to help immediately. Now I occasionally use this on my T-zone in the mornings but with more frequent use the same problem appears. I'm not sure if there's a return policy when the product is probably as it should and I'm too lazy to find out, so probably I'll either bin this or give it to someone with tougher skin.

1.5/5 It was an okay for a cleanser
