How to remove oily skin naturally with 2 simple tricks
Trick 1. Charcoal & Baking Soda
When it comes to the treatment of oily skin at home, the first thing to consider is how you are managing your skin while cleansing it. Cleansing is very important as the cleansing method you choose can drastically impact your skin. Our skin naturally has a specific pH level that should always be around a slightly acidic number of 5 to 6. However, if you have oily skin, your pH will be around a lower number such as a 4 to 3.5. If your skin is oily and irritated, it will be around a 2 to 1, which is where bad acne develops. While skin that has a number higher than 5 to 6 is skin that becomes drier with a pH of 7 and higher.

If you’re using the wrong type of cleanser for your skin, you can instantly disrupt your skins pH levels and considerable make your condition worse. The best way to prevent this is to ensure your using the right cleanser. We always recommend neutralization and pH balancing cleansers when it comes to washing the face and controlling oily skin. For that, we always recommend products that contain ingredients such as Charcoal and Baking Soda. Charcoal naturally cleanses and absorbs impurities and toxins from the skin without overly stripping the skin of essential nutrients. While baking soda naturally exfoliates the skin to remove built up dead skin cells and blackheads while balancing the skins pH level.

* Our at home tips: In the morning, rinse your face well with water then take 1 tsp of baking soda and 1 tsp of water and mix it together in a bowl. Apply the mixture to your face and gently massage over the skin to cleanse while avoiding the eye area. Rinse away with cold water after a few seconds. For oil control, rinse the face with lukewarm water in the morning. open a capsule of activated charcoal (can be purchased at most drugstores) into the palm of your hand. Add a few drops of water, mix together and massage over the face. Leave the mixture on the skin for 1 minutes and rinse away with cold water.
